Supplier Operation Team Lead

About the role

The Supplier Operation Team Lead will head a small team in Linkou, driving the execution of operational plans and ensuring delivery of supplier‑related objectives. This position reports to senior management and collaborates closely with other team leaders and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement operational plans with a typical horizon of several months.
• Identify, analyse and advise on optimisation opportunities, contributing to business‑plan development.
• Evaluate and improve work processes within the functional discipline.
• Maintain operational planning documents, guidelines and procedures.
• Achieve KPI targets, ensuring on‑time, correct and complete delivery of team objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of at least five members.
• Build and manage a network of internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback loops and business insights.
• Stay current with internal and external developments, fostering knowledge transfer and new ways of working.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in planning and managing operational activities to meet predefined objectives.
• Proven track record of supervising a team of five or more.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
