About the role
The Stock Controller ensures the smooth operation of warehouse activities, guaranteeing that products are available for customers at the right time and place. This role is pivotal in supporting the supply chain of a fashion‑retail business, overseeing stock levels and coordinating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Monitor inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with business, client, and after‑sales teams to align stock with demand.
- Implement and follow established procedures, systems, and processes for stock handling.
- Support the BOH (Back‑of‑House) organization and ensure proximity stock is correctly positioned.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in stock or inventory roles within structured fashion or retail companies.
- Fluent in the local language.
- Positive mindset, reliable, responsible and ethical.
- Open to change, innovation and eager to learn.
