Sr. Program Management Specialist (Business Intelligence)

About the role

Coupang’s Customer‑Centric Planning team is looking for a senior business analyst to provide customer insights, manage risks, and support company‑wide strategic decisions for its Taiwan operations. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational planning skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards for monitoring key performance metrics.
• Investigate data‑driven root causes, propose solutions, and communicate impact.
• Drive operational performance improvements and lead projects that expand the business.
• Own customer data analysis and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape company‑wide perspectives.
• Communicate goals, responsibilities, success metrics, and outcomes to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects within the program roadmap to ensure timelines and results are met.

Required profile

• 5+ years of data or business analysis experience, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and comfort influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Korean is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to dive deep into issues, propose data‑backed solutions, and drive implementation.

Required skills

• Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
