Silicon Ecosystem Partnerships Director

About the role

We are looking for a Silicon Ecosystem Partnerships Director to lead and expand strategic collaborations across the semiconductor and AI‑infrastructure landscape. The role will shape relationships with foundries, ASIC designers, IP and EDA vendors, advanced packaging providers, and other critical technology partners to strengthen our supply chain and accelerate product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with the company’s silicon roadmap and commercial goals.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with foundries, ASIC partners, IP providers, EDA companies, and advanced packaging firms.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, legal, finance and operations teams to align technical requirements, commercial terms and program timelines.
• Evaluate partner capabilities in process technology, packaging, design services, verification and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive supply‑chain resilience by securing capacity, cost transparency and production readiness from partners.
• Collaborate with business development, sales and marketing to craft ecosystem narratives, joint marketing activities and industry events.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the semiconductor or AI‑infrastructure ecosystem, with a proven track record of managing high‑level partnerships.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to negotiate complex technical and financial agreements.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to represent the company to senior industry leaders.
• Cross‑functional collaboration experience across engineering, product, legal and finance functions.
