Senior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Planning team in Taiwan. The role is central to ensuring smooth product flow across our manufacturing network, working with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to meet production and delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with subcontractors to ensure production deliveries are met.
• Monitor daily production status and maintain smooth product flow in outsourced manufacturing operations.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely vendor processing.
• Secure material availability to meet demand requirements.
• Coordinate material transfer arrangements with suppliers and forwarders.
• Monitor cycle times of key processes to achieve delivery goals.
• Resolve day‑to‑day conflicts in production priorities.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding build documents and special work requests.
• Respond to urgent requirements from Customer Service and provide shipment commitments for critical items.
• Collaborate closely with internal groups to align on targets and expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment; semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Highly analytical, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Experience with planning software.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
