Senior S&OP Planning Manager

About the role

Coupang is expanding its operations in Taiwan and seeks a senior professional to lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will own the full planning cycle, aligning infrastructure, labor, and inventory with customer demand to keep growth on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily volume projections and inbound/outbound capacity to ensure network fluidity and meet performance targets.
• Monitor network layer rules and case mapping to prevent bottlenecks and act as the network gatekeeper.
• Lead inventory build‑up strategies for peak events, balancing storage capacity with outbound throughput.
• Track real‑time network health, identify capacity breaches, and deploy mitigation actions with cross‑functional partners.
• Identify bottlenecks in planning cycles, automate manual data workflows, and continuously streamline S&OP processes.
• Serve as the central liaison between Instock, Operations, Labor Planning, and Finance to maintain a single version of truth for demand and supply.

Required profile

• Experience with Excel, statistical modeling, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
• Experience in fast‑paced, customer‑centric environments.
