Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will lead talent search and placement initiatives, drive process improvements, and develop recruitment strategies for multiple business units. Acting as the primary client partner, you will foster a collaborative environment and deliver high‑quality, efficient hiring services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates, guiding them through the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed company, role, and expectation information.
• Build and maintain a robust network of potential talent through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and partner with business leaders to align hiring with talent needs.
• Develop and recommend recruitment strategies, particularly for Asia‑focused hiring.
• Lead special projects such as best‑practice assessments, internal talent sourcing, and senior‑level talent identification.
• Manage presentation, selection, offer negotiation, and closing of hires.
• Leverage job boards, niche sites, and social networking platforms to source top talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define human capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company security and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions at national, international, and multi‑location levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and the capacity to handle sensitive, confidential information.
