Senior Product Manager - Solid Tumour

About the role

Amgen, a leading independent biotechnology company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Taipei for its Japan and Asia Pacific business. The role develops customer-centric strategies and tactical plans that improve customer experience and deliver clinical value to patients, manages the commercial success of the assigned brand and prepares for future growth in Solid Tumour (lung cancer and prostate cancer). It works closely with cross-functional partners on brand strategy, execution and launch readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own brand strategy, operations and customer coordination, and implement it with tracked key performance indicators.
• Analyse market, customer and business insights to recommend improvements to brand plans and execution.
• Manage relationships with internal partners (medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access and finance) and external business partners, gathering stakeholder insights and communicating progress regularly.
• Build partnerships with agencies, public relations firms and KOLs.
• Turn scientific, patient, caregiver and HCP insights into actionable brand strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Support other activities as required by the manager and follow internal policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience; marketing or product management experience preferred.
• Science-based background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English, team player with good interpersonal skills, results-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships internally and externally.
