Product Manager - Infusion Therapies and Platforms

About the role

Baxter is looking for a Product Manager in Taipei to develop and manage the marketing program for the Infusion Therapies and Platforms (ITP) product line in Taiwan. The role covers strategic and tactical plans, day-to-day product management and promotion, with a primary focus on the therapeutic areas of infection, emergency room and chemotherapy using infusion systems and pharma products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for the assigned product line, with about 75% of time spent on day-to-day management of programs, promotional materials and competitive activity.
• Build marketing strategy and execution plans to promote the product and branding and support the premium pricing strategy.
• Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional partners so that marketing plans are executed in line with company policy and external regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain timely support and run marketing efficiently.
• Facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch and post-launch operations.
• Track the market profile: customer information, market news, healthcare policy and competitors.
• Build relationships with key customers, hospital managers, associations and government healthcare officials (about 15% of time).
• Facilitate marketing communication between the local market and the regional GBU (about 10% of time).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the consumer or healthcare industry, with 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven consistent performance record in sales or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Science or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
