Senior Product Designer – AI-Powered Retail Platform

About the role

AIFIA is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its mission to innovate and streamline real‑world asset investment globally. In this role you will be involved in every stage of product development, from brainstorming new ideas to collaborating with engineering and product management to bring them to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Own the design process for a product area, managing end‑to‑end design for key features to meet user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and deliver seamless experiences.
• Develop user‑centered designs informed by market analysis, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and growth teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to stakeholders, building consensus.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance product design.
