Senior Process MTS - DRAM Yield Roadmap

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking senior technical leaders in process engineering to join Micron Memory Taiwan at its Fab 16 in Taichung. As a member of the technical staff (MTS), you will lead technical projects, define the technical roadmap and mentor engineers, helping develop DRAM process solutions that support yield ramp-up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a critical task force and cross-functional technical team to execute the new tech node yield roadmap
• Collaborate with process integration, technology development and local yield teams to improve new technologies
• Support continuous improvement through maintenance optimization plans covering SOPs, manuals, equipment performance, business processes and BKMs
• Make training resources available and guide teams on process and equipment programs, systems and processes
• Guide and mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and identify process improvements aligned with new product requirements and cost optimization
• Align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals, develop project plans and communications materials
• Provide engineering support to internal team members and senior leadership, and work with R&D and ADTT teams to improve fab processes and equipment

Required profile

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic nodes
• Detailed knowledge of at least one main semiconductor process, such as lithography, dry/wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation or metrology
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive cross-functional teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal, influencing and collaboration skills
• Track record of delivering innovative solutions
• An advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred
