Senior People & Culture Generalist – Taiwan

About the role

Vuori is seeking a Senior People & Culture Generalist to lead the employee experience for its Taiwan Sourcing Office. The role partners with local leadership and the global People & Culture team to build and scale HR programs that reflect Vuori’s values and support a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, handling inquiries and resolving workplace concerns.
• Assess organizational health and provide thought partnership to leadership on people strategy.
• Design and implement initiatives that drive retention, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations cases and facilitate team‑dynamic conversations.
• Educate staff on policies and ensure consistent embedding of company values.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other P&C functions to launch programs.
• Lead the Taiwan onboarding experience and coordinate employee events, learning initiatives, and culturally relevant activities.
• Partner with the U.S. headquarters Talent Acquisition team on full‑cycle recruiting and provide administrative support for talent operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR generalist or People & Culture roles, preferably in Taiwan.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, optimistic mindset.
• Ability to adapt global HR practices to local relevance and drive operational excellence.
• Passion for fostering a culture that aligns with Vuori’s brand and values.
