Senior Material Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Material Store Supervisor to lead the daily receiving, issuing and shipping operations of our semiconductor material and product store. The role ensures inventory accuracy, proper storage conditions and compliance with environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements at our Kaohsiung facility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise incoming material based on purchase order quantity, description and characteristics, and allocate it to the correct storage area.
• Arrange daily outbound shipments, coordinate with brokers, and ensure timely customs declaration.
• Maintain storage conditions according to material specifications, separate usable, non‑usable and MRB items.
• Control daily in‑out activities, monitor security systems and enforce corporate policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for raw material, AU and finished‑goods stock, perform cycle counts and monitor shelf‑life.
• Ensure accurate receiving and issuing transactions in SAP/PROMIS and generate correct delivery notes.
• Manage hazardous and waste material storage, support EHS in safe disposal through licensed contractors.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in semiconductor logistics or MRP functions.
• Proven ability to supervise warehouse operations and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Familiarity with EHS regulations for hazardous waste handling.
