Senior Manager, Vertical Planning & Operations

About the role

As a Senior Manager of Vertical Planning & Operations you will lead and drive commercial and service‑level performance for Klook’s travel product verticals worldwide, covering attractions, tours, activities and mobility services. You will shape business models, define roadmaps and work closely with regional teams to launch new verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy: design the business model and roadmap for each vertical, from supply to demand, and collaborate with regional teams on go‑to‑market strategies.
• Program Management: lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, traffic channels, supply coverage, inventory availability, pricing, profitability, costs, content and booking experience at scale.
• Product & Technology: partner with product and engineering teams to enhance exposure, usability and conversion rates of booking flows on Klook’s mobile app, website and other distribution channels.
• Data Analysis: build metrics, monitoring mechanisms and analytical frameworks to track commercial and operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OTA, e‑commerce, tech‑startup, strategy consulting, business analytics, category/brand management or product management.
• Experience with travel products such as attractions, tours, activities or in‑destination transportation is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving cross‑departmental projects and delivering results.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
• Startup mindset with strong collaboration, global awareness and the ability to work independently across time zones.
