Senior Manager, Vertical Planning & Operations

About the role

Klook is seeking a senior leader to own commercial and service performance for its travel product verticals worldwide, including attractions, tours, activities and mobility services. You will shape strategy, drive program execution and partner with product and technology teams to enhance the booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define business models, roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies for existing and new verticals.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, traffic acquisition, supply coverage, inventory availability, pricing, profitability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to boost exposure, usability and conversion rates across Klook’s app, website and other channels.
• Build metrics, dashboards and monitoring mechanisms to track commercial and operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OTA, e‑commerce, tech startups, strategy consulting, business analytics, category or brand management, or product management.
• Experience with travel products such as attractions, tours, activities or in‑destination transportation is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑departmental projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment across time zones.
