Senior Manager, Business Analysis – Customer Centric Planning

About the role

The Customer‑Centric Planning team is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to lead customer insights and analytics, define the strategic roadmap, and partner with executive leadership to drive experience improvements and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the end‑to‑end data analytics roadmap for customer‑centric planning, aligning initiatives with company strategic goals.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing team of data and business analysts, setting KPIs and fostering best practices for data storytelling and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Growth Marketing, Operations and Product, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Oversee holistic root‑cause analyses on business and customer pain points and champion data‑backed solutions.
• Define metrics, goals and governance for large‑scale cross‑functional programs to ensure ROI.
• Guide design and optimization of executive dashboards, analytical frameworks and data pipelines.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics or business intelligence.
• 2+ years of people management or matrix management experience, preferably in e‑commerce, marketplace or tech.
• Proven track record of building analytics roadmaps and influencing senior executive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
