Senior Line Haul Specialist (Middle Mile)

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior Line Haul Specialist to arrange and optimize linehaul truck operations, analyze service performance, manage vendor and route-level activities, and drive process improvements through cross-team collaboration. The role sits in the middle-mile transportation function.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange linehaul trucks using the system and coordinate with relevant teams such as fulfillment centers, hubs, camps and vendors
• Analyze transportation service status and drive improvements through collaboration (level of service)
• Manage vendor and route-level operations and settlements
• Lead initiatives for overall truck transportation, improve operational processes and handle related communications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management
• 2+ years as a subteam or team leader in logistics and transportation
• 2+ years planning logistics operations, managing operations and metrics, and reporting to management
• Experience developing TMS/BMS/WMS or proficiency in using them
• Ability to use data tools for analysis and reporting to top management
• Day-shift work, with alternative shifts possible during certain seasons
• Career portfolio submission and PT interview required

Preferred qualifications

• E-commerce, retail or courier business experience
• Transportation or supply chain major
• 2+ years reporting KPIs to top management
• Basic English conversation and computer proficiency (data management, SQL)
