Senior Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

KLA is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to strengthen its fast‑growing operations in Taiwan. You will design and deliver learning solutions that accelerate the growth of highly technical semiconductor talent, from new‑hire onboarding to advanced career development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning programs for service engineers, application engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Partner with service, engineering, and HR teams to create learning roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and learning partners.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end program delivery, including scheduling, communications, logistics, learner support, and vendor management.
• Design and deliver customized team development workshops covering communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and team effectiveness.
• Lead new‑hire orientation and follow‑up onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth integration and performance goal setting.
• Continuously improve onboarding content, learning resources, and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, talent development, or HR within a technical or semiconductor environment.
• Strong facilitation skills for both in‑person and virtual audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define learning objectives.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities.
