Senior HR Specialist (Neihu)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in Neihu. The role will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, compliance and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling and hiring coordination.
• Support onboarding processes, ensuring completion of documentation and smooth employee integration.
• Assist performance management and employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, corporate events and welfare programs.
• Coordinate training activities for new and existing staff and maintain training records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Administer compensation, benefits and payroll processes in line with local regulations and company policies.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and corporate standards; manage statutory HR administration.
• Support HR reporting, data analysis and workforce planning activities.
• Coordinate workplace health and safety requirements in collaboration with the EHS team.
• Manage off‑boarding, conduct exit interviews and use insights to improve retention strategies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and corporate HR standards.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Capability to administer compensation, benefits and payroll in compliance with regulations.
