Senior HR Specialist

About the role

The Adecco Group is looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join its Taipei office. The role ensures smooth and compliant HR operations across Adecco Group Taiwan, covering payroll administration, employee lifecycle operations, HR documentation and regulatory compliance, and acting as the main HR contact for the Staffing & Outsourcing internal employees.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for internal employees, review attendance, leave, overtime, variable pay, insurance deductions and taxes, and reconcile with Finance
• Support year-end tax filing, labor insurance adjustments, salary certificates and compensation documentation
• Maintain employee files, labor contracts and personnel records, and handle onboarding, offboarding, probation, transfers and promotions
• Keep employee data up to date in the HRIS and prepare regular HR reports and data analyses
• Ensure HR practices comply with Taiwan labor regulations and Adecco's internal policies, and keep licenses, visas and work permits valid
• Act as the primary HR contact for the Staffing & Outsourcing employees, supporting their lifecycle and inquiries
• Support audits, improve HR documentation control and take part in HR projects and process improvements

Required profile

• Around 5 years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor law, labor and health insurance, payroll calculation and HR documentation control
• Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality, able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good coordination with employees and line managers; experience in multinational companies preferred
