Senior HR Consultant – Executive Search & Strategy

About the role

As an HR Senior Consultant in our HR Advisory unit, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top‑tier talent for our clients. You will assess client needs, execute recruitment projects, negotiate contracts and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Client needs assessment – explore and understand specific recruitment requirements for each project.
• Recruitment project execution – manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes with meticulous attention to timelines and quality.
• Contract negotiations – negotiate recruitment contracts, terms and agreements with clients while ensuring compliance.
• Relationship development – cultivate strong, long‑term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
• Talent sourcing and screening – use multiple channels and methodologies to identify and evaluate candidates that match client criteria.
• Interview coordination, follow‑up, feedback, rejection and expectation management – oversee the full interview cycle and maintain transparent communication.
• Market research – provide clients with market intelligence, insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science/technology or human resources (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, recruitment or in‑house HR, with a strong track record of successful executive‑search projects.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms for talent sourcing and screening.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
