Senior Finance Business Controller – Corporate Real Estate (CRE)

About the role

The Business Controller will focus on Corporate Real Estate (CRE) OPEX and CAPEX planning and execution for sites in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Partnering with CRE business owners, the role provides financial planning, analysis and insight to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive optimisation and standardisation of reporting and insight‑driven analyses across the finance and business control organisation.
• Participate in business‑improvement projects and identify financial risks in CRE operations, proposing mitigation plans.
• Execute ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to support facility‑management and manufacturing decisions.
• Lead the monthly performance‑review process, budgeting cycles and organise effective audits of business‑unit activities.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• More than 8 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in finance business partnering within large international industrial companies.
• Strong analytical mindset, project‑management capability and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Integrity, compliance‑orientation and strategic business acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with TAX, SOX and GAAP principles.
• Cost accounting, budgeting and control experience.
• Proven track record in financial and business control at unit or divisional level.
