Business Unit Head, Taiwan

About the role

We are seeking a Business Unit Head to own and grow a full‑stack financial services business in Taiwan. This hands‑on leader will be responsible for the end‑to‑end P&L, product strategy, team building and execution, driving both user growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L, set business strategy, targets and monitor overall performance.
• Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities, decide which products and features to develop.
• Collaborate directly with product, engineering and design teams to build and launch new offerings.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team, setting clear goals and evaluating performance.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, revenue growth and profitability.
• Establish partnerships and operational processes required to scale the business.
• Make rapid decisions, solve problems directly and own execution from concept to results.

Required profile

• Proven track record building, launching or scaling a product, business or business unit.
• Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth or other measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product and commercial judgement with ability to work across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams.
• Hands‑on approach, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
• High ownership, speed and ability to operate with limited structure.
• Fintech, consumer technology or AI experience is a plus.
