Product Manager – AI Investing

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own AI Investing product areas at BJAK. You will shape user‑centric financial services, launch features quickly, and continuously improve them based on data and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans for insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to refine product decisions, monitor performance and drive iterations.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity when making trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• High ownership, ability to drive work with limited guidance and strong writing, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high‑growth products (strong advantage).
• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
