Senior Data Analyst – Marketing & CRM

About the role

Coupang Taiwan is looking for an Analyst to help with Performance Marketing operations. You will work within the Growth Analytics team to enable marketing campaigns across Paid, Search, and CRM, partnering with stakeholders to build performance reporting, data feeds, and analyze user behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Process audience‑building requests by leveraging SQL and Python; write SQL queries to segment customers for campaigns and marketing data feeds.
• Analyze marketing data to identify key drivers of performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deep‑dive into data issues and drive actionable insight.
• Maintain a high bar for quality and accuracy; provide clear documentation of work and code.
• Work on reporting requests and data pulls that support decision‑making processes.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to validate data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
