Senior Business Operations Partner

About the role

The Senior Business Operations Partner acts as a trusted operational and commercial partner to Sales leadership, overseeing the end‑to‑end order‑to‑revenue process for complex customer portfolios in the semiconductor capital equipment business.

Key responsibilities

• Own forecasting, order management, shipment execution, billing and revenue realization.
• Partner with Sales leadership to support customer commitments, booking plans and revenue objectives.
• Provide recommendations on customer commitments, booking strategies and operational risk management.
• Manage complex orders while balancing customer expectations, contractual requirements and business goals.
• Evaluate operational risks and serve as primary escalation point for critical order issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Legal and regional operations teams.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations or Order Management.
• Experience supporting customer‑facing operations in semiconductor, manufacturing, capital equipment or high‑tech industries.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business situations and make sound operational recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
