Order/Revenue Management Specialist

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a high‑performing Order/Revenue Management Specialist to support complex, high‑value semiconductor equipment orders. This customer‑facing position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure accurate, compliant, and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer forecasts, orders, and related data in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet on‑time delivery and customer commitments.
• Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax, trade, and internal policies.
• Support shipment readiness, billing, revenue recognition, and audit requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industries is a plus.
