Sales Director, Taiwan

About the role

Teradyne Robotics is seeking a Sales Director for Taiwan to lead commercial strategy and execution across its Universal Robots and MiR product lines. The role is responsible for driving order intake, revenue growth, and building a high‑performing sales organization in a market critical to the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Own Taiwan order intake, revenue and growth targets, aligning with the Mid‑Term Plan.
• Develop and execute territory, account, channel and growth plans that reflect regional priorities and local market dynamics.
• Identify and open new industry segments, focusing on semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, EMS/ODM and logistics.
• Shift the sales approach from product‑led to solution, software and service‑based offerings to generate recurring revenue.
• Coach, mentor and develop the Taiwan Sales and Account Executive teams, establishing clear performance metrics and succession plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, rewarding strategic hunters who win new logos and expand the installed base.
• Act as the customer ambassador in Taiwan, collaborating closely with service, support and customer success teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets in technology or industrial automation.
• Deep understanding of Taiwan’s semiconductor, electronics manufacturing and logistics sectors.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise pursuits and rigorous forecasting processes.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
