Sales Associate – Mutual Funds

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our team in Taipei. The role is centred on driving sales and distribution of AllianceBernstein mutual funds while ensuring the sales floor remains professional and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business and generate sales leads to increase total assets.
• Occasionally travel within the assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
• Present the AllianceBernstein funds product line intelligently.
• Resolve distributor inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain ongoing communication between AllianceBernstein and the investment community.
• Provide post‑sales support with fund updates, manager commentaries, charts, etc.
• Feed market conditions, distributor requests, competitor information, and operational issues back to management.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Team player who works well with the Country Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a wide range of questions and small projects.
• Professional, courteous, and flexible at all times.
• Proficient with personal computer applications.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum six years of experience in the financial industry; fund‑house experience is a plus.
