Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to represent Hermès in our boutique. You will be the face of the brand, delivering world‑class service and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive all sales activities in the store while upholding Hermès standards of image and service worldwide.
• Identify customer needs, develop relationships, and provide post‑sales support.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of product knowledge and operational procedures.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Proactively greet and assist walk‑in customers, meeting KPI expectations.
• Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
• Collaborate within an inclusive team and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or a similar capacity.
• Strong motivation to become a Hermès ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Commitment to teamwork and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
