RNS Specialist (Supply and Equipment)

About the role

Coupang is looking for a highly organized and proactive RNS (Rocket Network Support) Specialist to oversee network facility support, site administration and vehicle asset management across its facilities in Northern Taiwan. The role bridges field logistics operations and headquarters, covering site maintenance, vendor management, vehicle maintenance and administrative tracking such as fleet assets, fuel, traffic tickets and eTags.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial vehicle maintenance, routine inspections, repairs and insurance renewals, and coordinate leasing, registration, asset tracking and vendor communication with repair workshops and dealerships.
• Handle vehicle administration: traffic violation tickets, eTag accounts, fuel card expense tracking and reimbursement auditing, plus roadside assistance and accident claims.
• Provide operational and facility support at delivery sites and fulfillment network centers, manage utilities, routine maintenance, layout adjustments and field supplies, and act as the main RNS contact for site requests.
• Support the launch of new fulfillment centers or delivery camps, coordinating procurement of equipment, tools, vehicle accessories and supplies.
• Oversee third-party vendors (fleet workshops, leasing companies, property management, utilities) and manage operational expenses.
• Apply Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) workflows accurately, with tracking, auditing and timely payments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in network operational support, site administration, facility support or fleet asset administration.
• Hands-on experience with commercial vehicle maintenance tracking, insurance processing and administrative support (fines, fuel cards, eTags).
• Based in Northern Taiwan and able to travel to different sites as needed.
• Familiarity with corporate procurement (PR/PO) and expense tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with field teams, vendors and HQ; detail-oriented and able to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Preferred: logistics, e-commerce or supply chain experience managing vehicle assets or site support, and spoken and written English.
