QuickFlex Program Manager

About the role

Coupang is expanding its last-mile delivery network in Taiwan and is looking for a QuickFlex Program Manager. The role drives operational excellence, customer experience improvements and innovation across the QuickFlex network, acting as a link between operations, transportation, customer experience, product, vendors and field teams. It involves leading cross-functional projects on process optimization, delivery quality, vendor performance and network innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects that improve network performance, customer experience and delivery quality, turning ideas into pilots, prototypes and scalable solutions
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain and last-mile processes and partner with operations teams to improve network flow, capacity and service quality
• Manage initiatives from concept through testing, implementation and post-launch measurement
• Analyze operational data and build dashboards, scorecards and reports using SQL, Excel and Power BI; run root cause analyses
• Monitor customer experience metrics, complaints and defects, and work with Customer Service, Operations and Transportation to fix them
• Build partnerships with vendors and delivery providers, hold regular business reviews and coordinate cross-functional priorities
• Help create and improve operational SOPs and best practices, and prepare executive presentations and business reviews

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Analytics or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in program management, supply chain, logistics, business operations, consulting, customer experience or process improvement
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and last-mile delivery operations
• Proven ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority, and experience with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Preferred: experience in e-commerce, logistics, parcel delivery, marketplace operations or startups

• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• Building business cases, executive presentations and operational dashboards
• Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills
