About the role
Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for an Operations Deputy Manager for its Taoyuan facility. The role covers the day-to-day running of the logistics centre, including customer orders, inventory and staff management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the logistics centre, such as customer order picking, material receiving and stock management.
- Manage and schedule on-site staff, assign work tasks, provide training and track performance.
- Ensure customer orders are shipped in line with procedures and safety regulations.
- Prioritise service levels for customer orders and keep stock at an ideal level.
Required profile
- Quick reaction and ability to judge priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle pressure.
- Strong passion for the e-commerce market.
- Able to work shift schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with team management experience.
