職位概述

Coupang 台灣正在招募物流營運訓練專員（CLS），負責提升幹線運輸、車隊配送及分揀作業等物流流程的一線作業效率。該職位結合教育訓練設計與現場執行，深入倉庫與物流場站，與一線作業人員、站點主管及安全團隊合作，提供即時指導並優化訓練內容。

主要職責

設計並維護幹線運輸、車隊配送及分揀作業的模組化教材，包括作業指引、短影音、現場檢核表及講師授課教材
在月台與場站執行新人訓練、技能提升工作坊及內部講師培訓計畫
與站點主管合作分析並改善分揀掃描錯誤、月台延誤及作業合規等營運問題
與輪班主管、車隊安全主管及站點經理合作，針對關鍵問題調整訓練內容或開發微學習方案

任职要求

2 至 5 年教育訓練、技術訓練或營運訓練經驗，且曾在運輸、倉儲物流或物流配送行業任職
了解分揀流程、條碼掃描、轉運作業、輸送帶系統、商業車輛法規及幹線場站作業
熟悉教材設計工具與數位學習平台（LMS）
能與一線作業人員、司機及現場主管建立信任並推動訓練落地

面試流程為履歷審核、電話面談，再進行現場或線上面試；若職缺招滿，公司得提前關閉。
