Retail Learning & Development Partner

About the role

The Retail Learning & Development Partner supports Fashion Advisors (FAs) in Chanel boutiques, helping them adapt their behaviour to client personalities, delivering tailored training, and fostering people development to embody the Chanel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Fashion Advisors on adaptability and flexibility through on‑floor coaching.
• Customize learning content based on individual FA needs and deliver training using blended learning approaches.
• Monitor FA progress and follow up on learning paths.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Managers, HOB/DHOB to support career development, compensation & benefits and onboarding.
• Enable FAs to embody Chanel brand values and build emotional connections with clients.
• Measure effectiveness of training programmes and gather feedback from people and client intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching retail staff or fashion advisors.
• Strong understanding of the retail environment and client‑centric service.
• Ability to tailor communication and behaviour to different client personalities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with HR, store management and learning experts.
• Passion for brand storytelling and developing employee engagement.
