Recruitment Services Lead

About the role

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is looking for a Recruitment Services Lead in Taichung. The role administers the recruitment process and supports the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, hiring and retaining talent. It also manages a team of people services, develops the best-in-class candidate and new-hire onboarding experience, and works with other people functions to meet hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class candidate and new-hire pre- and onboarding experiences.
• Manage and lead a team of people services, giving guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and build a support plan.
• Administer the recruitment process, from job posting and interview scheduling to offer management and onboarding.
• Support the development, definition, tracking, monitoring and publishing of performance metrics.
• Use tools and data to drive process improvements and automation.
• Handle queries and escalations efficiently and accurately, with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure team members are trained according to department compliance and work requirements.
• Support problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in the recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role expects baseline digital fluency and the use of AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem solving and operational tasks, with sound judgment and compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
