Recruitment Consultant – Taiwan

About the role

Atlas NextWave is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join its Taiwan team. In this delivery‑focused role you will source, attract and engage top talent for clients in the Energy, Marine and Renewables sectors, while supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates using headhunting, advertising and proactive search methods.
• Prepare candidate documentation and support submission and placement processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and contractors to ensure engagement and retention.
• Support client vacancies by providing market insights, candidate shortlists and participating in resourcing meetings.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, tax and Atlas NextWave policies.
• Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF) and uphold data quality standards.
• Adhere to the Atlas NextWave Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales environment is preferred.
• Understanding of recruitment delivery processes.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer literacy and high emotional intelligence.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bullhorn (CRM) – specifically Bullhorn for Salesforce.
