Taiwan AI Labs 诚徵具备两年以上招募经验的招聘专员，负责人才搜寻、面试安排及入职流程，协助各部门满足人力需求。
主要职责
- 通过招聘网站与平台审核简历并主动搜索人才。
- 开拓新的招聘渠道。
- 安排面试并跟进入职流程。
- 与用人单位确认需求，帮助各部门寻找合适人选。
- 负责教育训练、员工关系、福利活动等主管交办事项。
任职要求
- 具备两年以上招聘软件人才经验。
- 具备软件人才招聘经验者佳。
- 熟悉各类招聘平台操作。
- 了解软件产业动态。
