Quality Engineering Analyst – Taipei City

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst to join its delivery team in Taipei City, Taiwan. The role focuses on ensuring the highest quality of digital products by collaborating closely with developers and product managers and applying industry‑leading testing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, system, performance, stress, internationalization and regression scenarios.
• Execute testing activities within the team’s release cadence and sprint cycles, signing off stories and releases.
• Create detailed test reports, analyse results, and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Work closely with developers to identify defects quickly and provide actionable testing feedback.
• Document test scenarios and results using tools such as TestRail.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience testing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS, as well as web applications.
• Proven ability to work with product teams to design and validate test scenarios.
• Experience documenting test cases in TestRail or similar tools.
• Strong teamwork skills within cross‑functional Scrum teams.
• Ability to define test strategies for entire features or products.
• Excellent aptitude for both formal and informal testing techniques and quality reporting.
