Quality Engineering Analyst – QA Engineer (Taipei)

About the role

The Quality Engineering Analyst will support Infosys' Mobile Insurance digital platform in Taipei, ensuring that system changes are thoroughly tested and transferred to production without compromising existing functionality. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, sustainable solutions while meeting agreed timelines and cost constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, regression, and performance testing for business line projects.
• Validate that system changes meet business specifications and do not degrade existing features.
• Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather testing requirements and define coverage.
• Review bug‑fix solutions with the IT team and assess implementation costs.
• Prepare hand‑over documentation, training materials, and delegation letters for production release.
• Identify impacted functions, estimate regression impact, and define appropriate testing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
• Experience with mobile insurance or similar digital platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Attention to internal control frameworks and risk minimisation.
