Quality Analyst - Fleet Response

About the role

TaskUs is hiring a Quality Analyst in Taipei to support Waymo's Fleet Response program. The analyst reviews Fleet Response Specialist tool-to-vehicle interactions, checks that responses are accurate and follow standard operating procedures, and flags interactions for manager review. The role sits on a probationary period of 30 days.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate tool-to-vehicle interactions and assess response accuracy
• Take part in rubric grading alignment sessions to improve Fleet Response quality
• Help compile and analyse driverless self-driving car interactions
• Generate simulation scenarios to find the most effective specialist actions
• Coach agents and report performance daily, weekly and monthly
• Provide inputs for briefings and training needs, and partner with team leaders on team meetings
• Identify and escalate quality issues, isolate and report defects and verify fixes
• Suggest process improvements, drive quality initiatives and campaigns, and act as subject matter expert for the campaign or line of business

Required profile

• At least 3 months of experience in the Fleet Response Specialist role, with excellent metrics over the past 90 days
• DO and Stuck Specialist certification
• At least 2 years of college (BS or BA preferred); 1 year of Quality Analyst experience preferred
• Ability to sit for long periods, work with minimal supervision and handle repetitive work
• Meets all Fleet Response Specialist (PHX/DTW) requirements, including drug testing and driving record checks

Required skills

• Expertise in Fleet Response Specialist systems and full understanding of best practices and escalation policies
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with basic quality tools such as cause-and-effect diagrams, histograms and correlations (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
