Telemarketing Officer – Personal Loans & Cards

About the role

The position is based in the Taipei Hub and focuses on promoting DBS personal loan and unsecured card products to existing high‑quality card holders through telephone outreach, delivering professional financial advice and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote personal loan products by telephone to high‑quality DBS card holders and provide professional financial consulting to meet performance targets.
• Provide feedback on status and suggestions to the supervisor.
• Respond to and handle customer issues related to personal loan business.
• Maintain knowledge of required professional information, computer operations, and comply with company procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Basic telephone handling skills with fluency in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
• Clear articulation, strong learning spirit and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Previous telephone experience (e.g., market research, investment promotion, recruitment) preferred.
• Positive attitude, ambition and desire to become a full‑scale telemarketing specialist.
• Computer literacy in Excel, Outlook, Word and Chinese typing.
