QC Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Engineer will support Air Liquide Far Eastern’s commitment to delivering high‑quality industrial and specialty gases. Reporting to the QC department, the role focuses on ensuring products meet internal and external regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement of the management system.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify that sector processes comply with the established monitoring plan.
• Publish audit results, identify non‑conformities and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct internal industrial audits and follow‑up on improvement actions.
• Handle customer requests for derogations and ensure proper documentation.
• Collect equipment from suppliers and prepare PVRI documentation according to customer requirements.
• Analyze data from internal/external audits, customer complaints and performance indicators to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality control, regulatory compliance or industrial auditing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with audit data and customer feedback.
• Good communication skills to publish results and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of internal and external regulatory standards applicable to industrial gases.
• Experience conducting industrial audits and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with handling customer derogation requests and PVRI documentation.
