Project Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑tech semiconductor equipment projects on an international scale. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑department coordination, and fluent English communication to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, control, documentation, and delivery.
• Provide technical management and coordinate internal teams (development, purchasing, production, assembly, commissioning, service) and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and specifications, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Detect schedule, cost, and quality deviations early and implement controlled changes swiftly.
• Standardize project management processes and act as Gatekeeper for the Gate Process.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, supporting and representing the customer throughout the project.
