Project Management Intern – Siemens Mobility Taiwan

About the role

Join Siemens Mobility’s Taiwan team as a Project Management Intern, supporting the upgrade of the Taiwan Railway Corporation’s signalling infrastructure. You will work closely with the Project Director and gain hands‑on exposure to site activities and project monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director with daily tasks and coordination.
• Implement an efficient action‑tracking mechanism for core team members using Microsoft Planner.
• Develop a dashboard that consolidates key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project.
• Support site‑related activities (surveys, installation, testing, commissioning) through documentation review, data analysis, and team discussions.
• Prepare a final report summarising observations and improvement proposals at the end of the internship.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA).
• Interest in project management within a large international project environment.
• Basic academic knowledge of project management principles (integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, stakeholder management).
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
