Project Engineer

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Project Engineer in Taichung. The role covers project management, progress control and cost planning within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects, control progress and follow up reviews so each project meets its schedule.
• Coordinate across departments and integrate data to support project execution.
• Evaluate projects and develop work projects.
• Plan project costs and manage risks.

Required profile

• University degree or higher.
• Fluent English.
• More than three years of work experience; project management, manufacturing, tool assembly or lean production experience is preferred.
• Organizational skills and strong cross-team communication and coordination.
• Positive personality, strong learning ability, high stress resistance and responsibility.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• PowerPoint skills are good.
• Familiarity with 2D drawing software is a plus.
