Project Controller

About the role

The Project Controller will support the Supply Chain Strategy & FP&A function by overseeing financial monitoring and strategic steering of large capital investments across the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster. The role partners with senior operations leaders to ensure cost governance, accurate forecasting, and timely risk escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor capex budgets, track variances and manage cash‑flow, commitments, and funding forecasts.
• Enforce cost controls, conduct risk analysis, scenario planning and perform cost‑to‑complete and capitalization timing analyses.
• Prepare and present periodic project performance reviews and support post‑implementation reviews and benefits realization.
• Drive digital transformation by managing Performance Factory modules, designing new modules, and improving automated reporting routines and data‑integrity processes.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for manufacturing operations, support standard‑price calculations, translate trends into actionable recommendations and contribute to the consolidation of EL Manufacturing Cluster financials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or professional certification a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of controlling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale capex projects with expertise in financial governance, cost control, cash‑flow forecasting and ROI analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
