Project Assistance Specialist – CX Auditor QA

About the role
As a QA you will analyze audit results performed by the CX Audit team, prepare detailed QA reports, and deliver insights that improve audit integrity and overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Report on overall audit integrity for audits conducted by the CX Audit team.
- Troubleshoot and deep‑dive into operator defects, providing regular feedback based on QA insights.
- Establish and improve audit SOPs to reduce human error and ensure audit accuracy above 97%.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process after post‑mortems and deep‑dive sessions.
- Support catalog health side projects.
Required profile
- Bilingual (native Mandarin and proficient English).
- At least 2 years of experience in an online or internet‑based company, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Detail‑oriented and solution‑driven.
- Quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with changing priorities.
