职位概况
瓦城集团正在加速数字化转型，招聘具备产品规划、数据分析及项目管理经验的Product Planner，负责App功能规划、数字服务优化及跨部门项目推进。
主要职责
- 制定App新功能及数字服务蓝图，研究市场趋势、AI应用及竞争产品。
- 监控DAU、MAU、会员旅程等关键指标，整合会员、销售及运营数据，提出增长策略。
- 搭建并优化GA4、GTM追踪体系，确保数据完整并支持UX/UI、营销及产品决策。
- 主导需求访谈、PRD撰写、进度控制及跨部门沟通，协调内部团队与外部供应商，确保项目按时高质量上线。
- 与营销、会员、运营及信息技术团队合作，以数据驱动提升会员体验和运营效率。
任职要求
- 具餐饮、零售、会员经营或OMO项目经验。
- 熟悉Looker Studio、SQL、API或其他数据分析工具。
- 有AI工具使用经验并关注数字科技发展。
- 能够提供利用数据优化产品并影响商业或营销决策的案例。
