About the role
As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues.
Key responsibilities
- Drive innovative techniques, define methods and new technologies, and apply them to characterize hardware.
- Perform hardware characterization on highly complex systems across multiple programs.
- Design experiments, collect data, analyze results, and compile reports for a range of products.
- Develop and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
- Define and apply new methodologies, troubleshoot and resolve complex process engineering issues.
- Communicate with key customers to resolve high‑value problems and create technical documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10–15 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving.
Required skills
- Hardware characterization.
- Film measurement techniques.
- Data analysis and reporting.
